Death and Resurrection

I wait,

Watching,

Filling the emptiness with alarm

While time crushes yet another human illusion

Under the heel of reason,

Where simple choice turns to doubt

Disturbing the balance of place;

No idea, no means, no sense

To fix meaning or choice

In the madness of the times,

Struggling, waiting, doubting,

Knowing something worse is yet to come;

Unable to heal anger and doubt,

Swimming in uncertainty and confusion,

In fear’s shattering acknowledgement

Of Life broken

On the path of self indulgence;

Meaning blinded in comfort, distraction and denial

Of pain’s nourishment,

No longer able to escape

The journey of the Real

And find its way to a new balance

Where fools die and reason lives;

Holding on to time

While life adjusts and discards

Coherence in chaos and death,

One sings sad songs no one wants to hear,

Showing the real in reason’s passing;

But joy cannot hold hands with all truths

When the illusions of self

Are filled with lies, deception and denial,

Turning eyes and ears from the sounds

Of hungry baby cries,

As wealth’s meaning struggles to separate

And estrange their different lives

From those who have and deny

To help everyone to share blue skies,

Separate together in meaning’s space,

Where each and all breath the air,

Eat the food, drink the water

And share the Earth.

The end is here

Shattering time in it’s living,

As chaos scatters souls into darkness and rage,

Madness and sin,

Doubt smothers trust.

With nothing to hold, no where to go,

And stepping back

Waiting in anxious hope,

Trusting that time will bring meaning

Back into human life.

It is a time of an emptiness

Our kind has yet to fill,

Our doing has become our undoing,

We are not ready for real solutions nor answers,

They may come after we are gone,

My hope is we will all be here

To awaken in a new sharing,

After the present Human being’s  are gone.
