The Awakening of Individuality In the Rational Mind

Celebration of divine images, given to the masses, are to provide them with a frame of reference regarding social behavior. These references stem from the conviction that people need to be led, guided, and monitored. Most disturbing is the belief that a leader needs to give the masses what they are not capable of doing for themselves.

Such frames of reference may be applicable to those who don’t know much of the world beyond their own personal experiences—those who are challenged by perspectives that are different than their own.

Some are aware and capable of integrating their life experience beyond what they themselves see—it is called imagination. Some know a bit of what others see or image; the majority do not, or are not willing to speak about it.

The story of communication beyond the range of personal experience, learning and speaking from what others know, is utilized by only a few.

What has stimulated change so radically has been the multiplication of populations, DNA mixing, plus the range of increasing expansion and exposure in information exchange.

The tribal authority created validation of themselves by inventing Gods. This gave leaders control of the images and values of behavior from top to bottom. When one looks at the product of these factors, in the historical background of the evolution of different civilizing populations, it appears natural in social patterning. But then, along comes individuality where thought, knowledge, circumstance, and perhaps DNA, expands the personal mind’s vision in dimension, allowing access to newfound confidence in the ability to guide oneself in exploring the rational world of knowing.

The words I offer for such a transformation is objective measure or the scientific method. It is such, by nature, that the knowing supersedes what one believes. This has been increasing on an exponential scale for the past 300 years—intensified by civilization’s response to industrial technology.

When the masses are asleep and unable to meet current challenges, predictable outcomes of self-destruction are not far off. This creates a difficult mixed transformation of social training, learning, function and guidance. The essential problem being the exponential dimension of the expansion of rational knowing, exceeding the evolutionary biology of the neural system of the species in general. The result is an ever-changing demand of ones beliefs and customs from the past, and an awakening to the demands of the present.

If we integrate this with the disruptive quarrels in the world today, with leadership tyrannizing populations via forceful governing, we see belief and the highjacking of God to be at the core of global conflicts. It is logical, predictable and probable.

Nature demands our cooperation in order to sustain a balanced relationship with its rational laws and principles. If we believe that Man is in charge we are doomed to live the results of our own beliefs. Whatever you believe . . . if it isn’t aligned with natural law, sooner or later we end up in a world of chaos and war, dominated by the few, with the many struggling to survive. Cooperate and thrive!
