Some things from the sacred night:
“Alpha male narcissism is knowing what is right regardless of knowledge.”
“Alpha male is absent of empathy which equals cruelty.”
“You can watch his pursed lips when he is being defensive and aggressive. This is when he is pumping cortisol and testosterone in his neural system.”
“For this archetype, skip process and go directly to action. This equals reaction.”
“The first two things to understand about anything human which forms and gives us our behavior: tribalism and inherited genetic neural individuality.”
“Do you know what tribal means?” Probably not.
It is all that you and I experienced as a child growing up in a family. It is the circumstance, geographic location, time in history, culture, religion, and language you use as the foundation of what you regard as “reality”, what is “true”, what you believe, expect and judge—what you and others do and should do in a “local” nest of values and concepts of life.
The tool you use for your functioning responses, your nature, temperament and character i.e., your neural constitution, is what you inherit from your parents, their ancestors and all of the past of animal and human evolution. This is the genetic composition of you and your individual character and its capacities.
Perhaps the most relevant thing you and I could understand is that this constitutes what we, 8 billion of us humans, use to characterize our view and perception of our world.
Every culture on earth forms a different basic “tribal” view and perception of others. All are mostly different in their given content of the place, language and culture of one’s birth. Our and everyone’s view of life is different and depends on where we live, grow up, its circumstance and cultural beliefs.
This is the “Social” context of living for humans.
The dimension of this experience remained ‘local’ for most in the past 200,000 years, up until about 400 years ago when shared knowledge became more accessible via printing.
The forces of liberation from social interaction beyond one’s own tribe and territory burst into an ever expanding global awareness in the experience and capacity to share tribal contact, content of others in an explosion of communication, travel and contact along with ever expanding populations and now numbering in billions of different tribal realities. This has brought us into today’s accessible and open view of each others tribe in an expanded, accelerated interaction with multiple cultural complexities, concepts, interactions and assimilation.
Those of us who stand here now are viewing others from our own tribal base and those others are viewing us from theirs in the global community of commerce, travel and interaction with Asian, African, European, Western, Eastern, Middle eastern, Russian, Alaskan, North South and Central American, and on and on. We are now embedded in a struggle on a global scale of expanded “social” interaction. When one looks at the character and complexity of today’s social interactions with family, friends, community, and national identity of values and beliefs, we can begin to better understand the dimensions of the problems of developing global foundations of a new vision of a common, universal, “tribal” interaction in a planetary social order of all humanity.
