Losing Trust In Human’s Living

Something in my senses has lost the trust in what is going on in the totality of human life on earth. It is all incoherent, chaotic and collapsing.

Life seems to have lost its fundamental survival impulse. I sense that the fulcrum of social power has abstracted itself from the fundamentals of basic life and has separated itself from rational reality in the pursuit of wealth. It has become blind and hysterical, almost desperate in its grasping for more and more, like a beating heart just removed from the kill. A feast for a few, in a death for all.

The whole of it feels to me to be a universal, global, entwined human social fragmentation of the collective purpose of life for the human species.

The collective dimension has shifted from food and sustenance to self gratification, blind comfort in distraction and denial seeking liberation from worry and concern in a pathological addiction in self indulgent narcissism.

It has now moved into a sense of insecurity and tangible uncertainty because there is no rational frame of trust in which to hold a vision of what can and will join the whole in harmony and meaning. There is no rational engagement of human life in nature and its living.

There exists the extreme difficulty of needing and having a rational, unified, collective response, because it doesn’t fit the individual’s reality of the organic character and level of consciousness of most humans. Most are organic relics of the past. The few who have awakened and evolved cannot find a productive, creative, sustainable means of engagement strong enough to free themselves from sinking into the primal soup of collective provision and need. Modern existence seems to depend on greed.

This is a twisty path in meaning and purpose.

One has to ask, “What is the meaning and purpose of life?”

Also, “What is the meaning and purpose of “my” life?”

And then another, ”Is this simple or complicated?”

And then, maybe, “What does God have to do with anything other than a fake answer to fill the self with importance in a cosmic ambiguity?”

Is what’s happening to Earth-life perhaps the final crisis of disturbance of the human’s delusional image of self-importance and comfort?

And then finding relief, a release, from the living anxiety about the ambiguity that is embedded in the nature of existing?
